What is the length of the process?
Forever Flower Bouquet Preservation's process typically spans 4-5 months. We begin with a layout and design meeting, which can be conducted via Facebook or in person, about 60 days before your event. The curing process takes approximately 60 days. You don't need to choose the frame and size immediately, allowing you flexibility in your final choices.
How quickly does Forever Flower Bouquet Preservation need the flowers?
For optimal results, we recommend receiving the flowers within the first 48 hours, with a maximum of up to 4 days after your wedding or event. Until they're brought to us or shipped, keep them refrigerated with water, but not frozen. If shipping is necessary, we can provide specific instructions.
Where do I keep the flowers until I see you?
The ideal storage method is to keep the flowers upright in a vase in your refrigerator. If stems are exposed, place them in a small amount of water. It's crucial to avoid freezing the flowers as this will cause damage. When will my piece be ready?
The preservation process requires about 60-75 days for drying. You can expect your completed piece to be ready within 4-6 months from the start of the process. What is a layout and design meeting?
This crucial meeting occurs approximately 60-75 days after your wedding. During this session, you'll select your frame, background, and decide on additional elements to include in your floral keepsake. While we typically conduct these meetings at our Roswell office, remote options are available. We offer appointments on weekdays and weekends to accommodate your schedule. Why should I press my bouquet?
Preserving your bouquet creates a cherished daily reminder of your special day, typically costing only about 1% of your wedding budget. Professional preservation is recommended to avoid potential disappointment from DIY attempts. Our expert techniques and knowledge ensure vibrant, long-lasting colors and optimal preservation of various flower types and a lifetime keepsake memory.

With proper care, your preserved floral piece can last indefinitely. As with any artwork, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, and damp conditions. It's natural for some color changes to occur over time. Can you press any flower?
Forever Flower Bouquet Preservation strives to accommodate all flower types, utilizing the best blooms from your bouquet. While we make every effort to preserve each flower, it's important to note that some varieties may not survive the pressing process, which is a normal occurrence.
Will my bouquet look the same when it is dried?
While we aim to maintain the essence of your bouquet, some changes are inevitable during the drying process. However, we can recreate your floral piece using photographs from your event. We can also employ color enhancement techniques as needed, such as deepening reds or shifting whites to ivory tones, to preserve the overall aesthetic.

Shipping costs vary based on your location within the US. For an accurate estimate, we recommend contacting your local UPS or FedEx office. What if my wedding has already occurred?

If you are not within driving distance of our shop in Roswell, GA, it will be necessary for you to ship your wedding flowers overnight. The bouquet should be stored in the refrigerator upright until shipping within 3-6 days of your wedding.
Time is not your friend so we would strongly recommend priority shipping with FedEx, which delivers the flowers by 10 a.m. the next morning, or UPS, which also does a very good job of delivering before noon.
Do not put water on your flowers. Wrap a paper towel around the flowers and place in a box slightly bigger than the bouquet. Use crushed newspapers and packing peanuts to fill the box. If you have a blue frozen ice pack, this can be taped to the base of the flowers to keep the box cool. The key is to stabilize the bouquet so it will not shift en route to our studio.
Do not indicate that we must sign for the package when it is delivered. It is very easy to miss these drivers.
