Our Process

We understand that preserving the beauty and memories of your special events is important to you. That’s why we’ve developed a thoughtful and detailed process to ensure that your flowers are transformed into lasting treasures. From the moment you reserve your spot to the final touches of your custom design, each step is crafted with care and expertise. Explore our process below to learn how we bring your floral memories to life!


1. Reserve Your Spot. 

Flowers should be dropped off or shipped to us as soon as possible after your event for the best preservation results. A $250 deposit is required at drop-off and goes toward your final balance. 


2. Preservation Begins. 

Your flowers are carefully dried and professionally preserved to maintain their beauty and color as much as possible. This stage takes time and patience to ensure the highest quality results.


3. Design & Layout Consultation

About 60 days later, once your flowers are fully preserved, we’ll schedule a design consultation. This can be done through text/photos, FaceTime, or in person. Together, we’ll create a custom layout that fits your style and vision.


4. Framing & Completion

Once your design is approved, your frame and mat selections are ordered, and your piece is placed into our finishing queue. The estimated completion time is approximately 60 additional days. Each piece is handcrafted with care to create a timeless treasure you'll have forever.
