Shipping Your Flowers

For the best preservation results, flowers should be shipped or dropped off as soon as possible after your event. We highly recommend overnight shipping to help maintain freshness and quality during transit.


Before Packaging

  • Keep flower stems in a small amount of water until packaging.
  • Store flowers in the refrigerator if possible.
  • Do not freeze your flowers.
  • How to Package Your Flowers
  • Use a sturdy shipping box large enough to avoid crushing the blooms.
  • Wrap stems with damp paper towels and plastic wrap to help retain moisture.
  • Secure flowers gently inside the box so they cannot shift during shipping.
  • Avoid packing flowers too tightly or placing heavy items on top of them.
  • Include padding or tissue paper around delicate blooms for added protection.
  • Important Shipping Information
  • Clearly label the outside of the box “FRAGILE”.
  • Overnight shipping is strongly recommended.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.


We also recommend emailing or texting tracking information once your flowers have been shipped.

If flowers arrive wilted or damaged, we offer a flower replacement service for an additional fee whenever possible.
